On every new plan and every upgrade, one refund per member in any 12 months. The policy text lives in the Terms.

Founding pricing has ended. Members who joined in the window keep their founding price on that plan. New members pay the price on each card.
Keep your plan and your price stays. The discount simply stops for new members. The founding price runs through May 31, 2027 or the first 250 paid members, whichever comes first, and the list price applies after that.
A founding spot is taken at your first successful payment. If you move up a plan inside the window, you get the founding price of the new plan. Any plan change after the window moves you to the price on this page at that time.
Yes. Upgrades start right away. On an annual plan we switch you by hand so you get credit for the time you already paid. Moving down, or going from annual to monthly, takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep everything you paid for. Going from monthly to annual also happens at renewal, with nothing charged now.

What is locked is the rest of your timed season plan. That is what you pay for, and each paid plan adds the extras on its card.
Annual is the price on each card and covers the whole season at the lowest total. Monthly is there if you would rather start mid season: $19 a month for Flight Plan, $39 for Full Panel, $147 for a Wingman. On monthly Full Panel, a person still reads two of your lab reports a year, same as annual.
Cancel any time. You keep your plan through the end of the period you paid for, then your account drops to Flyover. Nothing is deleted: your zones, soil tests, calculations and history are all there when you come back.
Yes. The $97 Playbook is included in Flight Plan, Full Panel and Wingman. Full Panel adds the Hidden Gems and Wingman adds the Elite Content. You can also buy the Playbook on its own, $97 one time, and it comes with everything in Flyover too.
From your address. The Scan pulls the USDA soil survey for your lot (series, texture, drainage, estimated pH), you draw your zones on the satellite view, and every rate is computed per zone, per square foot, slope included. The season plan is timed to your address, your soil and your grass, and a job is held when the soil or the heat at your address says wait. Estimates say so.
Every setting in the spreader database comes from the maker's own label or page.
The Scan is free and needs no account. When you want the whole season timed to your address, your plan is right there.
